Sibongle Malinga, completed National Diploma and B-tech in Software Development, she is a lecturer at the Faculty of Information and Communications Technology, in First Year and Foundation Unit, at Tshwane University of Technology. She lecturing programming language. She is currently doing a Post graduate.
